After the package arrives at our warehouse in China, we will ensure its transportation to Georgia using the method you have chosen.

You can track your package in your personal account, where each package will have a corresponding status. You will also receive information about changes in the package's status via SMS notifications. This way, you can monitor the movement and delivery process of your package in real-time.

You can pay for the package transportation fee from your personal account by topping up your balance. After topping up your balance, you will be able to pay for the specific package fee from your balance.

For package transportation, it is necessary to declare it from your personal account after the package arrives at the warehouse in China. During the declaration process, it is mandatory to upload the purchase invoice of the package, which confirms the value and content of the package. In case of absence or incorrect submission of the invoice, customs procedures for your package may be delayed or additional costs may arise.
